Terrorist Tweets

I believe that the great thing about technology is that it is available to the masses and it's easy to use. Apparently, I am not the only one who holds this point of view. The U.S. Army is now warning people that terrorists are using the popular social media tool Twitter to communicate with each other. They must think Americans are really dumb.
