Get your e-mail "fix"

Apparently, four minutes is too long to wait for a computer to load thousands of songs, files, applications, and more. People need their e-mail fix, and they can't be jonesin' for four whole minutes!

That's why instant-on computers are the next big thing in the PC world. They take dumbed-down versions of applications, much like the cellphone, and apply it to the PC. This enables it to boot up faster with the bare necessity-- internet.

Instant-on computers will operate through Linux's open-source operating system, which has been "competing" with Windows for years.

I've got to be honest-- I didn't even read a whole article about this, so YOU can learn more here.

Great! Now you can tell ME about it.
